1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mirro (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
2. Important Disclaimers
Not professional advice. Mirro is an AI-powered self-reflection and relationship architecture tool. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, legal, or relationship counselling. Do not make life-altering decisions solely on the basis of AI-generated insights.
Entertainment and self-discovery. Astrological content is provided for reflective and entertainment purposes. Mirro makes no scientific claims about astrological accuracy.
AI limitations. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or not appropriate for your specific situation. Always apply your own judgement.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Mirro. By using the Service you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
4. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google Sign-In credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate information, including birth data, as profile quality depends on it.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access: support@mirro.london
5. Consent to Data Processing & AI Training
By creating an account and accepting these Terms, you explicitly consent to:
- Processing of your psychological profile data, consultation responses, and astrological profile as described in our Privacy Policy, including their categorisation as potentially sensitive personal data
- Automated profiling and compatibility scoring as described in Section 4 of the Privacy Policy
- Use of your anonymised behavioural data (matching decisions, venue selections, post-date outcomes) to train and improve Mirro’s AI matching models
- Processing of your data by the third-party processors listed in the Privacy Policy
You may withdraw any of these consents at any time by contacting privacy@mirro.london. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of prior processing.
6. Voice Features
The optional Voice Hello feature allows you to record a short audio greeting on your device. By using this feature you confirm you consent to the microphone access. Voice recordings are processed locally on your device only and are never transmitted to or stored on Mirro’s servers. Do not record voice content that includes third parties without their consent.
7. The London Pilot & In-Person Meetings
Mirro facilitates introductions between consenting users and suggests venues for in-person meetings. You acknowledge that:
- Mirro is not responsible for the conduct of other users at in-person meetings
- You meet other users entirely at your own risk and should exercise standard personal safety precautions
- Venue recommendations are AI-generated suggestions only — Mirro has no commercial relationship with suggested venues and is not responsible for your experience at them
- You should share your plans with a trusted person before meeting someone for the first time
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false or misleading profile information
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract other users’ data
- Use the Service for commercial solicitation without our written consent
- Submit abusive, illegal, or harmful content to any AI feature
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, AI outputs, branding, and software comprising the Service are owned by Mirro Technologies Ltd or its licensors. AI-generated insights produced for you are provided for your personal use only and may not be republished commercially without our consent.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mirro Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including outcomes from in-person meetings arranged through the platform. Our total liability to you for any direct loss shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We will notify you of material changes via in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version is always available at mirro.london/terms.
12. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. For EU users, mandatory local consumer protection laws in your country of residence also apply.
